0 order on line, went to pick-up at 6:25 pm, was not ready when they said for pick-up, waited 40 min. left at 7:05 which other people who were coming in order their food, received their food before i got mine, food was cold. bad management for Chili's restaurant at Statesville, NC 1-31-2015
