Chilis Complaint

Worst customer service I've ever had, ANYWHERE.
My boyfriend and I have both been in the service industry for over 10 years now. We know better then to complain and we also never take a complaint to the level of writing an email. We frequently go to Chilis , and never have problems. We just moved to a new place and wanted chilis. Our experience was so terrible at the Chilis (1820 Gallatin Pike N in Madison Tennessee) that we had to say something. It was around 10pm when we got there, and I understand wanting to get your side work done so you can leave asap, but that should never cause you to not greet 2 customers sitting right in front of you at your bar. After a few minutes we were able to get our drinks, and though we were ready to order, our bartender just walked away. After waiting another 10 mins she returned, and took our food order. She stood in the back kitchen area talking very loudly about what she likes to do after work for about ten minutes, not checking the bar once for potential new customers (which some guy sat for about 5 mins with no one around) and then handed me cold queso and chips. I assume she held them in her hand while she was talking for ten mins. She then hid in the back again until our food came out. She had forgotten part of our order (no big deal, it happens) so she had the kitchen start making it. She then made a few cocktails and then took them in the back to the kitchen staff. She never asked us how our food was, and I wanted another margarita before they closed, so I tried for the last 15 mins to get her attention. She came up at 10:59, and I asked her for one. And she said she couldn't serve more since they were closed. Had she checked on us once I would've been able to. At that point I asked for my tab. I handed her cash with a nice tip, and not her or the manager at the register thanked us, or even acknowledged we were leaving. It was honestly the worst servîce I've ever had anywhere.
